Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For new, standard inventory items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at help@sabigoods.com.

Floor Samples & "As-Is" Items

All Floor Samples are sold as Final Sale.

  • These items are sold "As-Is."

  • We make every effort to show and communicate any existing wear or damage upfront prior to purchase.

  • By purchasing a floor sample, you acknowledge the condition of the item as shown and agree that it is not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping & Damage Liability

  • Transit Damage: As stated in our Shipping Policy, Sabi Goods is not responsible for damage that occurs after an item leaves our warehouse. If your item is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier.

  • Pre-Transit Damage: If you believe an item was damaged before it was shipped or picked up, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
