Is shipping included?
Shipping is calculated based on freight, number of items and distance. Freight is not included, but will be calculated at checkout.
When will I get my order?
We shipping standard ground which typically takes 2-5 business days.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 14 days of your order if the item you ordered is damaged, not as described or has any other issue not communicated with the customer up front. Refunds are only offered on our new products. We do not offer refunds on our floor models.
